Plants and animals

You have reached the blog dedicated to selling a beautiful 86 acre parcel of land southwest of Cardston, Alberta, on the U.S. border, next to Police Outpost Provincial Park. For more info, please call Debby or Frank at 403-345-3344. We are looking for a good land steward who will treat the land with respect.

Here are a few photos of some of the plants and animals that live on the land that is for sale to a good land steward. Keep scrolling for photos of the views from the land and photos of the property itself.

Here are some of the views from the land for sale. Chief Mountain is prominent since it is only 7 miles away across the Montana border, which is at the south end of the property.

Here are some photos of the 86 acres for sale to a good land steward who will respect and love it as we do.

You have reached a blog site devoted to posting photos and comments on an 86 acre parcel for sale near Police Outpost Provincial Park in southern Alberta, on the U.S. border. The property is half aspen forest and half open meadow full of wildflowers and native grasses. It is prime wildlife territory with moose, deer, elk, Black and Grizzly bear, songbirds, and more. The Blackfeet Reserve is across the south fence in Montana.

Sacred Chief Mountain is 7 miles away and can be seen from just about everywhere on the property so you can build your dream cabin anywhere.

There is a road and easy access to electricity and natural gas.

There are no streams but we have a well on our other property close by. There are two areas where willow grow so there is plenty of groundwater available.

There is a wonderful variety of terrain; some rolling, some flat, some steep.
